TIA SUMMER SCHOOL for POWER ELECTRONICS 2015 was held on August 28th to 31th 2015 in TIA Collaboration Center of AIST Tsukuba WEST.
The lectures were given from August 28th to 30th, 2015.
The various areas of power electronics were taught in both languages of Japanese and Englesh.
Many students and member of technical societies had joined the summer school.
And many students in the different field of various power electronics were gathered from all over the Japan.
On the 30th, there was a recognition of students who have achieved excellent results.
Three students were awarded. One of the student from our laboratory, Mr.Iijima was awarded.
It is great thing for our laboratory to be awarded.
On the 31th day there were four types of Technical tours as follows;
- Testing and Research Facilities of a Smart Grid
- Tsukuba innovation Arena (AIST, KEK, University of Tsukuba (Our laboratory))
- Railway Technical Research Institute
- Electric Measurement for Power Devices
I had a good days in summer school.
I usually study on power electronics devices.
I could speak with the students from the various areas of power electronics.
So, I was able to know a variety of things, like the circuit and control.
