Ph. D student (D2) Junjie An was awarded the IEEE EDS Japan Chapter Student Award in 2016 due to the outstanding work in the paper that presented at IEDM held in San Francisco, USA, in December 2016.
An award ceremony was held at the University of Tokyo (Hongo campus) on February 15, 2017. Ph. D student An and Professor Iwamuro (supervisor) attended this award ceremony.
